Does verizon realize this app is unusable?

As with the other reviewers, the text clears out automatically WHILE typing. I have to type a message very fast and hit enter before it deletes all the text. Sometimes it deletes all the text after just a few characters. This bug has made the app practically unusable for sending messages.

I am able to recieve messages but I am unable to type messages 90% of the time due to the fact that the text is disappearing as I type. I feel as though what is happening is as the app checks for new messages on the server it resets all of the UI controls. This effectively removes whatever text the user is currently typing from the text box.

Recently some garbled text has been appearing after every message recieved.
