Group/MMS Messaging doesn’t work

Sending/receiving messages to a single user (i.e. SMS) works fine. However, when sending messages to multiple recipients (i.e. MMS) the messages are received by all recipients, but the message body is empty.

Does anyone even test this? Why would Apple allow it to be on the App Store!?
