Still not working correctly—Unreliable

I love this app when it works correctly. But since the last update on my Mac, the app force closes all the time. I’ve done a clean reinstall, but it does the following:

The app opens, and I see a list of messages, then it immediately closes itself. So frustrating, because I enjoy being able to respond to my Verizon messages from my Mac desktop. Please fix this!!!
